ONE BOX tariffs

Good day. I created a box for my company. I have a tariff for space on the server. There is a cloud tariff for 1 user. Does the user count as a unit, what do I have in the box? Is the user the one who counts on the billing portal (screenshot)?

The tariff per user is the number of people who will be able to log into the system at the same time and work in it
For example: you have tariff 3 (up to 3 simultaneous sessions), there are already 3 people online, then the system will not let the 4th person in, someone needs to leave from those who are currently actively working in the system
You can have at least 20 users (as well as on the billing portal) - only as many people as you have leased workplaces can work at the same time
