sales@crm-onebox.com from the email that your license is registered to.
In a free form, write that you want to change the owner of the box to another person, and indicate the full name + phone number + email of the owner.
Important: the owner must visit the 1b.app website at least once from this phone in order for the phone to be verified. You do not need to receive boxes, just enter the site once and that's it.
- If you have a OneBox OS cloud, then you need to contact your partner with whom you work, and the partner will be able to change the "client".
- If you have a cloud for MVP, then the procedure is exactly the same: to a partner, he will change. Perhaps in the process you will have to move to the OS.
- If you have a OneBox OS box, then there is no way to change the owner of the key, only through the partner who issued this key.
But you can copy your activation key somewhere in a text file, then delete the key from the box, then register the key in any other box.
