OneBox CRM+ERP, OneBox MVP and all previous versions (version history here -
https://1b.app/ru/version/ ) were sold on a one-time payment: the client pays once, receives the software on his servers, and can use it.
Unfortunately for us, this model turned out to be unprofitable in the long run: because you need to make new software and deliver it to customers for free.
When we started making OneBox OS, we understood that we could sell this software only by subscription and only for recurrent payments, otherwise our business would end: we would not be able to make a new version, recoup investments, and old customers would need to be served for 5 years (according to laws of Ukraine).
Therefore, OneBox OS for old customers is sold only under such conditions: the customer signs an agreement under which he pays for all users every year. A smaller amount than it is now on the market, but still - every year. Even if the client buys only one license, he pays for all users every year. Such conditions for the transition to OS. In fact, there are no perpetual licenses for OS. This is the contract we have concluded with your company.
A little later, we changed the mechanism and introduced a new concept of "activation keys", to which we transferred almost all boxed clients.
Specifically to your situation, then:
- you now have activation keys and they have an expiration date, you can see it in the client area
- before this date you need to make payment according to your contract
- if you do not pay - we will NOT turn you off (because we do not have such a clause in the contract with you), but the "money minus" will accumulate (this clause is in the contract).
- in fact, you do not have a perpetual license, but you can work on credit. The treaty does not regulate sanctions in this regard, but at the same time does not exclude them.
