Purchased Onebox licenses not working

Good afternoon, somewhere in June 2018 I bought 4-6 licenses. I doubted for a very long time, because. the price of about $5,000 was a lot for me. Since the business did not go, no one used the CRM. But when buying, I was bribed by the fact that the license is for life. Now work is being resumed, hands have reached the CPM - but it wasn’t there. Three statuses - Fully stop account at server, one - Inactive (not in use).
I couldn't get through to technical support yesterday (it was too late).
So the question itself is: can I use my licenses, which are perpetual. If so, who can help me figure it out. Or was I just "thrown"?

Hello. Of course, you can use your licenses. The status "Inactive (not in use)" means that you have not logged into your OneBox. Where was your OneBox previously hosted? Somewhere on the hosting you bought? Have you been paying for it all this time or have you already deleted all the data?

You have purchased OneBox box licenses - https://crm-onebox.com/ru/prices/#box_rates
In simple words, a "box" is when the software is installed on your server.
Now you have two ways to use the previously purchased software:
1. Buy/rent a server/vps for it somewhere.
To start we recommend https://www.hetzner.com/cloud
or https://hvosting.ua/vps.html
You need to buy a server with CentOS operating system, at least 2 cores, 2 GB of memory, 20 GB of SSD disk.
Next, let us know about it and we will upload the latest version of OneBox there for free at elementum.crm-onebox.com
We do not need to pay anything, you pay only for the server (not for us).
An important point: boxed rates mean that you pay for the server yourself, maintain it and make backups.
2. You can switch to cloud plans
