"For boxed customers, upgrading to OneBox OS is paid: your licenses are completely revoked, you are issued activation keys for OneBox OS with payment annually." there are a number of questions 1. budget? do you count boxers at a special rate or as all new users 2. those improvements that we have already made inside our box - what guarantees that they will all work? and if they don't work, will you upgrade them to a boxed version for free? Or will we again need to go through this whole "path" of improvements?

If about a year ago or even earlier, then they are all transferred to the OS. Here it is better to talk directly with the integrator who did these improvements for you. Is switching to an OS a hell for most of our customers? Probably not, since a lot of automation and settings are transferred.

I would recommend you to take a non-cost version and familiarize yourself with it, you can transfer business processes, but for everything you will need to spend an hour. I want to think it’s better to spend a little time, but then we’ll be dissatisfied.
