There is a task to set up Seller-Online API integration.
Here is the API itself:

It is necessary to evaluate the improvements by blocks in order to understand
how much will the cost of all blocks
and how much is the cost of each block.
Improvement blocks:
1. Import Finance Seller-Online
2. Import orders that entered Seller-Online
3. Formation of sending parcels with Seller-Online (Consolidation)
4. Formation of sending parcels from Seller-Online (UkrPoshta)
5. Finalization of the integration of “Ukrposhta Delivery Service”,
so that you can send parcels through UkrPoshta abroad.
All blocks are somewhat interconnected.

As far as I can see, there is a sending functionality only within Ukraine https://prnt.sc/vtswf5
