we offer each of you a contract for answers on the OneBox forum.
Background:
In the near future the forum will be divided into two lines - Line1 + Line2.
Visually, it will not be clear, but the business logic will change.
1. If a client asks a question on the forum, then he gets to the first line, which is answered by integrator partners and / or distribution partners and / or customers.
2. If the partner understands that the developer's help is needed to answer, then he presses the Line2 button. Line2 is answered by development partners.
3. Each user will have a limit on questions. Questions are calculated according to two rules:
- if you answered in some topic and your answer became correct - you will receive 1 question on your balance, and you will be able to ask further.
- if you paid for the cloud - then for every 10 USD you pay, you get 1 question.
Now about the specific proposal.
