unsubscribe an employee from notifications in the CC for a client

User 68676 on this client 63723 has been constantly receiving all notifications about processes for a year now. unsubscribing does not help, new ones are created. user processes do not concern, how to find out the reason why this happens and unsubscribe from all processes of this employee from this client?

there is no such subscription, client binding is not set, most likely you have an action set in the business process settings that adds this employee as an observer (possibly as a client manager) or this manager is initially assigned a task, in general, the problem is in the BP settings

alas, this was checked many times, there is no such thing with the PSU settings and this contact has not had this manager for a long time, there are other managers affixed there ... but why exactly to 68676 which is no longer related to this process and the contact for new processes receives notifications, for others there is no such...

maybe it started when the user clicked "put the process under control" a year ago, but then he removed it from the process and now other processes, new ones - the connection is not clear at all ... other managers do not address this issue, there is nothing similar with others ..
