An employee enters the box from his computer and everything works for him.

But there are problems with logging in via the mobile app from your phone.

If you log in using a dynamic password, a new box is created.

However, when logging in via login and password (everything is OK and working on the computer), the box gives an error that the login or password is incorrect.

At the same time, the administrative employee was created, as you advise, through an account on the OneBox website.

What actions should be taken to solve the current problem?
