The block Viber chat with the client of the process does not appear in the stage

In the constructor of the interface of the stage, we tried to add a block vider (2), but the block was not displayed in the stage itself (1). Why is it connected that it is possible, mentally seemingly, for the manager to talk to the client in the viber chat directly from the invitation?
There is also a hundred feeds of commentary feeds. In the settings of this block, it is possible (I know how to understand) to display the option of communication with the client at the top of the line - write a message to Viber (3).
However, the flags are checked, but the choice of the viber is not allowed (4). How to solve this problem?

Also, in order to be able to respond to viber through the comments feed in the process - this process must be created based on an incoming message from the client to your viber

Isn't it possible to write to the client first from the request? Managers hourly chime in with the viber client (calling yogo through the button, sho to the little one), but in the ideal variant I wanted to, so that the stench would communicate directly from the invitation to the chat with the client ... it’s just that handy. It is not necessary for the manager to go to the viber message to write to the client, to work in the srm ... There is a great amount of closure, and if the client writes, for example, after 2-3 days, the manager does not know who the hundredth of such an appointment is before a new one.
