This happens all the time and there is no way to fix it, except to contact the developers. And it happens quite often. Could you add or make some kind of setting that would clear such products at least once an hour and cancel their reserve?
And then the products are simply lost in the warehouse and lie for a month, since by availability they are displayed "as out of stock" because they are somewhere in a hung reserve.
Please correct for this product.
And I beg you, make some kind of setting so that it cleans up such reserves, if this cannot be fixed so that it does not appear at all
