I ask you to suggest what action demolishes the price of the goods. As soon as the goods are out of stock, the price becomes equal to 0.

go to /admin/shop/marginrule/ , enter the Basic Rule (maybe /admin/shop/marginrule/1/control/ )
and at the bottom check the box "Do not change the price of the sale"
also dodatkovo є globally adjusted here /admin/shop/settings/recalculate-price/
you can turn on "Change prices for goods that are not available in real time", or turn on "Do not change the price of the sale of goods during the change"
