That's right, when deleting an order, the warehouse operation is not deleted.
You can create 1 stage, in the BP order (which you use) by type "Deleted"
and add an action to the stage itself
1. Delete all warehouse operations by process
2. Delete task
thus, when you go to a stage, you will delete warehouses by process (all operations) and the process itself will be deleted.
