Good afternoon. As far as I remember it is there. Sorting goes by the "Sort Order" field in ascending order (first 0, then 1, etc.) and if the "Sort Order" for two categories is the same, it sorts by category name. In your screenshot, the first categories are sorted, respectively, and sorts by them.
