The comment includes a list of changes, where the first number is the unique product identifier, the first number is the value that was set on the specified date, the second number is the value that was in the additional field before that and which is now set in the additional field. If there is no second number, then before setting the number 25 in the additional field there was no value and accordingly I simply cleared the additional field.
