Hello. And how did you understand by the checkbox "recalculate prices for products, even if the goods are not in stock" that the price should not be reset? I believe that on the contrary, if the checkbox is disabled, then such products will not be touched during recalculation and, accordingly, their price will remain the same.

you most likely choose the price of a warehouse, not a supplier
