names/photos/models disappear
almost every month something disappears, before this the names partially disappeared (3 times or more), I also paid for restoration, but the next month it happened again, they should have checked (as written on the forum) but no one gave an answer

2. regarding the manager who ignores you, as far as I can see, the support hours ended 15 months ago and you did not extend them
