Is it possible to upload all categories to excel, edit the fields I need (for example, SEO data, sort order, category name, etc.) and then upload them back?

We did this with products, but it doesn’t work with categories.

- when importing, it is not possible to select a field: "category sort order", "Seo titile categories", etc.

Yes, you can do it, but it's not done through the "Import / Export Products" application, but a little differently. I describe it step by step below.
Step number 1: go to Products (/app/product/) and select "Categories" from the right in the menu (picture Screenshot_2);
Step number 2: select all categories and click in the "File storage" application "Export to file" (picture Screenshot_3);
Step number 3: select the file type (Screenshot of (71)) and click Save;
Step 4: Next "Download File" (Screenshot_3)
Import works in the same way only for turnover

Yes, we have taken these steps. Export succeeds. But the task, as I described in the question, is to then import the edited data back into the vanbox. With import - in any way.
