the first three points can be done simply through the business process settings. Put the product in reserve (reserved = rented out) and at the bp stage set the action to remind in X days or go to the stage in which to set a subtask or do something else to notify about the expiration of the lease.
Thus, it will be visible in the warehouse how much unreserved equipment is left.
You can put an action in product automation to write a value to an additional field. The value (how many days will pay off) is equal to the cost of the equipment (price or additional field) divided by the cost of 1 day of rent (price or additional field). As a result, after filling in the fields, you will receive the number of days after which the product will pay off.
