When importing, "Category" and "Id of business process" are not pulled

When importing products via XLS, "Category" and "Business Process Id" are not automatically pulled.
That is, these characteristics are indicated in the table, upon import the table columns correspond to the Onebox columns, but after import, the "Category" and "Business process Id" are not indicated in the product card.
Previously, the "Category" was created and the name was specified correctly. "Business Process Id" is the correct process number.
What is the reason for this? How can this issue be resolved?

Yes, thank you) This is our jamb, no one has opened fine settings. It is clear with the categories, but it is still not clear with the id of the business process.
