My own question: I send the products from the application, the selected items to "Import/export products", select a template, specify the address to which you need to export, click "Download" (it says "in a couple of minutes it will come to your email"), then I look at the status in the application when it changes to "done". But the letter never arrived in the mail.
PS: mail in onebox is configured.
