Putting a filter on products

I want to bulk change the category to Manager: screen 1175, 1176
The category remains unchanged: screen 1177
Fix it, be kind.

1. Bulk changes do not work immediately, but after X seconds, you should see the changes after reloading the page 2. If the changes did not work, try to manually do the same for one product and save, you may see an error

1. I know about it, but more than 25 minutes have passed and no changes. 2. I tried as you recommend: screen 1178 No change and didn't see any errors. Change is obtained only when I change it with my hands in the card.
