For 1 product, 2 reservations are placed from this order.

In the BP "Corporate orders", at the stage "[To] Manufactured", author is set. action "Reserve process content in warehouse"

Recently, when orders pass this stage, the reserve does not work correctly.
1 item is reserved 2 times. After that, the system cannot sell it.

This is the 4th order with this issue.
Previously, I manually deleted the reserve, and posted the order through the sale.

Can you check on the order that I sent in the description?
It does not seem to reserve so on every order.
If necessary, I can create a couple of test ones and check them, but I can’t give one and predict what exactly will not work correctly in it.
If it was once, I would not have created an application, but already several times this problem
