Good afternoon! I think that such a problem arises in your case, due to the fact that the goods do not have a price in the product card.
Items with a non-zero price are not searched by default in this search block.

All products have 0 price, the system does not search for products with 0 price by default.
You need to go to System setup - Inshe - Setup design and process table
And check the box "Shukati goods with zero price"
