Very long export of products to xls on OS

At the moment, goods in xls are unloaded for a very long time, usually you have to wait from 30 to 60+ minutes - This is very long and if you need to urgently make some changes to xls several times, it takes a lot of time. . On the MVP on our server, this process (with the same number of products) usually took up to 15 minutes.
Also, during the period of processing by the export system, orders from the prom were not transferred (I only checked them), they got into the system an hour (or so) after the order was placed on the site.
The automation action once a minute and the process of exporting the goods should not work in parallel to each other? - Well, how to solve the problem with the long export of goods?
