do you mean that you want to put new photos last?

I considered it from the position if I want to always put some photo first, in order to set it 100 for example and forget about it.

Alternatively, you can add position "0", which will add such a photo to position 1, and shift all the rest by +1.
And why not add a simple "drag and drop" photo functionality?
