Uploaded documents in CRM are not saved on the server

Good afternoon!
According to the business process, we have configured to upload a document to the task by clicking the "send to client" button - the client receives a notification with a link to the file.
When you click the link, the document should be downloaded from the server.
Now for some reason this does not happen, it gives an error that there is no document on the server, although this document is "tightened" in the task.
Who can help in this matter?

as far as I can see - there are files in the system
The specified 404 error is generated by your server, not OneBox - in fact, you may have some restrictions on a similar URL for public downloading a file somewhere on the server.
This question is more for the system administrator who maintains your server.

The file is hosted on the server, I also see them in the system, this is not the question.
When generating a link that is sent to a client to download a file, CRM writes the wrong path:
https://sigmasolutions.com.ua/admin/shop/file/download-public/14188/3b8f35b9184c...
Those. the path is correct, but the domain name is wrong.
It is not the server that is responsible for generating the link, but the CRM.
If you insert the correct domain "manually" into the link, the file is available for download.
Can this issue be corrected?

It is necessary to change the domain name of the system to the desired one in engine.mode.php.
But since we don’t have actual SSH access, we can’t do this.
