Answers:
The CRM application is kanban.
We renamed it, because "simple users understand it this way." Thanks to Bitrix and amo, who renamed kanban to CRM and shoved it into the fragile minds of business youth :-)
Install the CRM application
in the application settings, specify which processes you want to show,
ready.
The application can be installed several times: directly from the site or by copying.
Each will have its own settings. That is, you can get at least 100,500 CRM applications for different processes.
Choose your icon and app name.
