Question about removed products from the system (clearing data in the BP)

Good afternoon!
We noticed that when a product is removed from the system (without the possibility of recovery), part of the data from the BP in which it was listed disappears. Those. in all previously received orders from customers, or in other BPs where the product was involved - it is now not displayed, but what is most interesting - only partially. For example: Code, Brand, Article - does not show, but Quantity, Description displays. We thought that the problem was in the status of the BP, more precisely at what stage it was, but we checked closed BPs, as well as at other stages - the situation is similar - part of the data is not displayed.

backup is stored for the last 7 days, you can’t restore the oldest ones

do not clear deleted products from the database - let them just hang in the deleted status and disable the cleanup action
