Most of all, the problem is that at the time of the transition to the stage - at first there was no event yet, after that the difference in the date of creation and transition was more than the specified 2 minutes.
After that, the specified process was completely closed, and the setting "At startup, once a minute, check calls from processes closed no later than N days ago:" is not specified (zero is not considered) - accordingly, only open processes are taken into account.
For example, in the created subprocess from this - the record was added.
