Tell me please. For an order to fall under a certain source - is it enough to match the utm source?
There are orders from the site to the box via API. Previously, URLs were entered into the source, now they have removed and registered sources (their tags) in CRM

Roman, you can implement this in 2 ways, and as one of them, use two methods at the same time. In my experience, I use 2 methods at the same time. Method number 1 - through business process sources - https://prnt.sc/w8d1ur Method number 2 - For each store, I create the first stage of the business process designer https://prnt.sc/w8d3an

Thank you. We have created just through 1 way, they did it yesterday - https://prnt.sc/w8d8uw And now, if I understand correctly, if the necessary utm-tag is available, the order will be assigned a source?

I can’t tell you about utm tags here, since for each source they might or might not be. For example: some price sites themselves give you UTM tags and you can’t influence them in any way, and in this case I just use option 2. And in some cases, you have the opportunity to affix your labels anywhere and as much as you like, and in this case, 1 solution is well suited. Therefore, I recommend using 2 options, although at first you need to do more work, but in the future it becomes more convenient to work, and the statistics are much better.
