You are confusing the concepts of Last Name and First Name. Those. Full name taken from the client card (these are purely fields of the contact card)
and
The full name of the client of the process is the full name that is written in the process itself and it may not be equal to the full name from the client card if you overwrite it or edit the contact card after creating the process.
