Processes are running for a long time, managers cannot work
According to your video (this is a masterpiece), it is absolutely not clear which user and which process has problems - please provide links to the process and user. Under the administrator in the first processes that came across a long load is not observed.

Which one was sent to me - I am correcting such one. All coristuvachs have equal access to all processes. I am an administrator, from the calendar I can see it, like on a video

I thought that:
"it's absolutely not clear which user has" --- All koristuvachivs have equal access. I am an administrator and I have
"which process has problems" - "all processes"
More is not enough.
Ale, just in case, I added a video:
https://www.loom.com/share/f4f14ebb4be14881a3b3c54dbf5460ed
It can be seen specifically how a specific process is being taken up for a long time by a specific koristuvach.
Ale, I’m so understanding that there are problems in communication :)

Enough?
If I can help all the processes and all the coristuvachs, then I myself can help myself. I pull that the problem is systemic.

No, not enough - because in the very first answer I indicated:

The problem is not in our communication, but in the quality and concretization of the description of the problem. If you initially provided a video of this quality, there would be fewer questions.
This process is loaded for me in 2 seconds maximum. I understand the problem is observed in Google Chrome only?

We ask questions for a reason - after all, the problem can depend on many factors, including browsers. And if you want a prompt and correct solution to the problem, then you need to start with a correct description of the problem - who, where, in which browser, what actions are performed. And if you are hoping for a solution to the problem through a video in which someone is filming a screen on a mobile phone and nothing is clear about what is happening - this raises questions and a similar solution.

I appreciate the customer service orientation :) Meals for a month are failing - and you still have a hard time, because you can’t know the payment?) Throwing it in the mail. Is it possible to make a sound here?

Well, what questions do we have? they restrict access - that's their problem it is logical that they can add them to the exception and allow

Valentine Client wrote: "And how will we work at a computer with no access to the Internet?"
in those documentation for the system it is indicated that it does not work without the Internet, as it pulls up fonts, addresses, etc. from the Internet
