Hello, the full name of the client of the process changes every time you change the full name fields in the specified block. Here you can only display real data through the Universal block - the full name of the client of the process, i.e. in this case, by default, there is no link to any contact card.
If you need to change the data of a real contact from the block, you must select it in this block and check the box "Linked to the contact card"
