When changes are made in the phone number field in the client card, a process notification is sent to the old number, and a TTN is also created for the original phone number

Good afternoon
Two questions arose in connection with the introduction of changes in the client's card data, namely in the "Call" field, which contains the client's contact phone number.
Example for consideration https://crm.smartid.com.ua/admin/customorder/zakazi-klientov/30166/edit/
the phone was changed from 38067*****63 to 38067*****62 (the original one was not correct and the client himself called back to clarify this information)
Next, the manager creates a TTN of new mail and as a result, a notification is sent to the old (incorrect) number The TTN is also created on the same original phone number although at the time of these actions the number phone was changed and the "Customer Information" window displayed up-to-date information.
Please provide clarification on the current situation and recommendations to avoid this in the future.
That is, when changing the contact details in the client card, letters, messages (

Good afternoon. There is a clientphone field in the order. See what number is in this field, you can see it in the universal block in the process. TTN is sent to this number

If you mean the "Customer Information" block, then after changing the phone number in the client card, the number in this block also changed to the correct one.

+ I'm interested in what needs to be done so that the number (to which notifications are sent and which is used when creating a TTN) changes when the information in the product card changes
