Contact import via XML file stopped working again

At the moment, synchronization does not work again, the recommendation has been implemented. Information from XML file does not update data in CPM contacts

I ran the cron manually - it parses the file, everything works.
If there is a problem, we can figure it out using the example of a specific contact.
