When trying to export all contacts from OneBox, a problem occurs: the system writes that the file will be sent to the mail, but the letter does not arrive. (I checked spam and all other folders, the mail is specified correctly)

If I select a small number (one page of 50 contacts), the file is downloaded immediately to the device without a link to the email.

Please tell me what could be the reason and how to get the entire contact list in one file?

To send an email somewhere, you need a sender and a recipient. The recipient is your email, but who is the sender of the email? For outgoing messages to work https://pandasushi.crm-onebox.com/app/email/ you need to connect some email to send messages from it.
And then https://pandasushi.crm-onebox.com/app/settings/email/ here enter this email in the setting "Email for technical notifications"
