Please evaluate the improvement in the contact card in the universal interface block, add the setting "Display block for roles when the field is filled" and a field for adding a multi-list of roles and selecting an additional contact field, when filled, the display will work.
It should work like this, if the additional contact field Show manager = 1 (tick) - then the Employee with the role Manager (the role is specified in the setting) - sees the interface block, if the Show manager field = 0 (tick is not filled) - the specified block is not available to the manager he just doesn't see it
Another implementation option is also suitable, if the specified one is not optimal, please suggest another

Well, here is what you need.
I assumed that several different conditions should be added to several different roles - at least one was fulfilled - we show the block.
If you need several conditions for certain roles - you can actually calculate the enumeration of the selected roles for all settings (if they are met) - and show these roles.
And if you need a purely 1 condition - let's do 1)
