The problem is that the letter comes only to us, to our e-mail addresses, as a copy.

Our system, when working with mail, is essentially an email client. Connects to the server and sends whatever needs to be sent to the server.
Next, the server tries to deliver the mail to the recipients.
We don't know why the mail is not being delivered. This is a question for the postal service.

The smtp protocol is responsible for sending.
