Mail is loaded into the system late or not loaded at all.

We send mail from outlook, previously a letter immediately appeared in "My Events" and it could be attached to the necessary process.
At the moment, letters in "My events" are displayed with a huge delay, and on some mailboxes, for example, info@lean-production.by, some letters do not appear at all.
Please solve this problem!

No, you misunderstood.
You need a setting on the server. You need to change the memory limits for the script that downloads letters from the mail server
into the system.
The script did not have enough 256MB of memory.
Perhaps you have connected a new mailbox and there are a lot of letters there, or there is a new large letter.

Why is this a problem and where is the guarantee that by adding 256 MB now, another 256 MB will not be needed in a month? Your system is on your server and server maintenance is your responsibility.
The system was installed on the server almost 2 years ago on May 28, 2019, and now the volume of processed information has grown from
initial settings and you need to adjust the settings to your new requirements.
And yes, there is no guarantee that after some time you will not need to adjust to your new requirements.
We, as a development company, have provided you with a tool for processing your data.
Since the system is located on your server, you can make all the settings yourself or
hire third-party experts for this.
