I have already seen this video. It describes how to work with a public account, we have a business account, as I understand it, this is a little different. In the subject of the request, I described that we have an error at the integration stage. We have received an API token and are successfully working with the Send universal message Viber/SMS Turbosms action, when trying to integrate Viber with the same token, an error occurs. The question is, how to set up integration with Viber for mass mailing from a Viber Business account (not a public/public account)?

See for business accounts there is a separate API that can send by the client's phone number and not by the chat ID. At the moment, there is no mass mailing to such a viber algorithm. In theory, it can be improved, but for this you just need to get documentation for business accounts and then make improvements. Refinement will be from 5 to 8 hours +- if relevant I will request new documentation from them
