This happens because when you send it, you specify an emoticon in the subject line and the email is sent with an emoticon. But when parsing letters from the mailbox, emoticons are removed from the subject (because most of them may not be compatible for correct storage in the database and this leads to duplication of letters). In this regard, it turns out 2 different topics of the letter, and the existing letter is not found. I can offer you 2 solutions: 1. Do not use emoticons in email subject lines 2. We can make a setting so that when parsing does not remove characters like emoticons from the topic - this is a 1-hour improvement. But if the emoticons are not recognized correctly from the letter, the letters can still be duplicated.
