Good afternoon, Letters are not sent to email through the client card, letters are successfully sent only when sent through an action, how to set up sending letters through a dialog box (by clicking on the client's email)?.

Letters should be sent with correct integration with the mailbox via SMTP. If there is none, the letter tries to be sent using PHP mailer, which is actually a lottery, the success of which does not depend on us.
Unfortunately, we do not have data about the link to your OneBox, and also your exhaustive description does not make it clear what, where and from what mail you are trying to send.
