I have connected the sendpulse module for mass mailing.
On the side of sendpulse and the mailer on my hosting I configured SPF, DKIM and DMARC records
If I do a mailing list from Van Box, then the letters end up in SPAM.
If I send from the sendpulse account, then everything is OK, the letters fall into the public folder.
How to solve the problem with emails getting into the spam folder when starting a mass mailing from Van Box?
Original question is available on version: ru

Answers:

and the signature: "Sent via OneBox - a business management system, more than CRM and ERP. https://crm-onebox.com" I did not leave in the body of the letter.
how to remove it?

When sending any emails, including SendPulse, OneBox only prepares emails and sends
mail service which, and is engaged in sending letters.
The SendPulse integration says:
- API SendPulse will be used
In order to understand why the letter got into spam, you need to study the headers of this letter.
To check the settings (including DNS) here is a good resource https://www.mail-tester.com/
Send an email to the address and view the report on what is good and what needs to be adjusted.

When I fill in the window for mass sending, the van box offers me to send, send a letter from the mail drevosumy@gmail.com, it is tied to the standard van box module for receiving letters
I linked the mail info@drevo.sumy.ua to SendPulse
I assume that van box sends a letter indicating the mail drevosumy@gmail.com
maybe that's the whole reason?
And if so, how to fix the settings?

and how to find out why letters with the same header:
- sent from SendPulse and arrive beautifully
- sent via API from OneBox to SendPulse and end up in spam

VanBox has nothing to do with it.
If you send mail from the Mozilla Thunderbird mail client and the letters end up in spam, then the mail client is not to blame.
Well, VanBox has nothing to do with it.
It is not visible on the screen, but it should be written there what is wrong and why everything is so.

What's the point then in the van box module for sent pulse, if all the letters sent from the van box go to spam!?
I think this is a problem and needs to be addressed!
I can send two identical letters with the same headers, from the van box it will go to the spam folder, and the one sent from the personal account of Saint Pulse will go to the mail in the public folder along with other letters.
Tasun Sergey Vladimirovich, if you don't believe me, try testing it yourself. If you get a different result, I will be very happy, it means that the error is not in the module, but, for example, in the conflict between the sent pulse module and the standard module for the van box mail.

this is very easy to check. you can send a letter from my van box account to your mailbox. as a OneBox employee, you can see more than us. namely the mechanism of sending the letter.

I think the reason is that the standard van box mail module is configured to receive letters from the drevosumy@gmail.com mail, and the sent pulse mailing is tied to the mail info@drevo.sumy.ua.
When I click to bulk email me, the default van box offers a return address of drevosumy@gmail.com,
I change it manually to info@drevo.sumy.ua, but probably the letter is sent as if from Google mail, which is why it ends up in spam.

they write that the letter was sent from drevojelaniy.crm-onebox.com
not from sendpulse

You think correctly.
In the integration, you yourself indicated from which address to send, but you are trying to send from another address that has integration turned off.

Everything is logical.
This mail drevosumy@gmail.com is specified for sending, but integration with it is disabled, so the system tries to send not through the mail service, but directly from the server.
That's why the score is -8.

As far as I understand, I need to set the settings for mail info@drevo.sumy.ua in the regular VanBbox mail module?
Right?
Which boxes (list with checkmarks on the side) do I need to tick?

I'm writing here, maybe someone will come in handy if they solve the same issue.
in addition to what you need to fill on the side of the send pulse SPF, DKIM and DMARC
you also need to tie up the settings for the mailing list in the regular mail module in the van box
and for this you need to fill out an application on the sendpulse side https://login.sendpulse.com/smtp/welcome/

why is everything like that.

Please tell me how to set it in the settings so that when you start (mass mailing) the mail configured for mass mailing appears in the line. What would it not be ruled by hands every time?

This is good.
Why not rule it with your hands every time?
