Emails are sent from OneBox, but don't seem to be reaching recipients

During testing, I discovered that the recipient was not receiving the letters.

Although among the OneBox events we see that a letter was sent from the system.

I tested like this:

- I sent two identical groups of letters to two different emails,

- In both cases, the letters did not reach the recipients.

There were no letters in the inbox, spam, or trash.

Please help fix this problem, as it is unclear whether other recipients are receiving automated offer emails at all.

Answers:

Good afternoon.
Look in the sendmail-XX logs to see which method is used for sending.
If the method is not "smtp", in the logs it looks like this: "method: smtp",
and for example "mail", such letters do not reach anywhere.
Check the box "Do not send emails from this email address if SMTP is not available"
If an error appears, then you need to look in the integration settings.

I looked at the sendmail logs.

It seems that they are completely absent, the last one is dated 2025-01-28

There are no sent emails in the sent report.
Maybe the newsletter is sent through another channel....
And there is no SMTP response in the mailbox, only IMAP

The system has "SendPulse" integration enabled.
This integration is why the system is trying to send emails, but something is wrong... so...
you get an error:
