OneBox Outlook integration not working

We have set up OneBox integration with Outlook, all keys are active and have not expired,
The mail server returns errors
after each restart of the cron, mail parsing seems to be restored, but then the error appears again
Why this happens is not clear
Original question is available on version: ru

Answers:

you need to figure out what is configured in your mail server and why this is happening. It can take up to 4 hours
Other clients were set up without such problems.

We understand how much time it takes to set up the integration between OneBox and Outlook, can you clarify what is included in 4 hours, I don’t quite understand?

Integration does not work properly from the moment of setup and up to the present time. The administrator on the mail service side checked on third-party applications, no problems were found on the mail service side, in other software everything is transferred normally.

We have at least 35 clients who currently have Outlook mail connected and it also works in conjunction with Vanbox.
How does this solve your question? No way!

Until we understand where the 4 hours will go, let there be one OneBox out of 35 with a non-working integration!

I answered you above, I’m not going to sit and sort out your mail for free.

Let me clarify that I never mentioned the word "free". We understand that it takes 2 hours to set up the integration between OneBox and Outlook. However, we do not understand why it takes you 4 hours to resolve an issue with an already set up integration.
Our administrator checked the mail server on third-party applications and found no problems. Everything works correctly with other software. Therefore, we believe that the problem may be related to the integration of OneBox and Outlook.
Please clarify what specific steps and checks are included in these 4 hours so that we can understand the need for such time and the effectiveness of your actions. Perhaps this will help us to come to a solution to the problem faster.
Thanks for understanding.

I have already answered you where this time will go, I will duplicate "debug your mail server and service in search of the problem of why after a while it blocks the connection to the mail".
I have nothing new to add to you.
Just the day before yesterday I connected my mail to another client and everything works without problems.
maybe the problem is with your server where the vanbox itself is, maybe it's breaking your connections, you have a box, I don't know your settings - this is purely an assumption.

Thank you for the clarification. However, given that our mail server works correctly with other applications, and the problem only occurs when integrating with OneBox, I would like to understand in more detail what actions and checks will be performed during these 4 hours of debugging.
We will also look into the possibility that the issue may be related to our server where OneBox is hosted and check the settings. However, it is important for us to clarify the following points:
1. What specific steps does debugging involve?
2. Can you provide a rough plan of action to check and fix the problem?
3. Are there any recommendations for setting up the server where OneBox is installed to avoid possible connection problems?
This will help us ensure that all possible causes are considered and addressed.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

I never mentioned the word "free". We are ready to pay for your time and work if it is really necessary to solve the problem.
We just want to understand why these integration issues are occurring and what specific steps would be needed to resolve them. Our mail server works correctly with other applications, which points to a possible issue specifically with the OneBox and Outlook integration.
We are ready to discuss the terms and cost of your debugging services. Please provide a detailed proposal indicating the steps and expected result.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

1. installation of cron mail parsing logs, installation of mail connection logs, checking mail settings, checking server settings, log analysis and solution if possible by our efforts.
2. answered above
3. In order to give recommendations, you first need to understand your server and analyze the current settings.
I am not ready to do this within the framework of this ticket and for free.

Thank you for the clarification. We understand that installing logs, checking settings and analyzing takes time and effort. However, the work specified does not correspond to 4 hours of work in our opinion.
Namely:
1. Installing cron logs for mail parsing and mail connection.
2. Check the settings of the mail server and the server where OneBox is installed.
3. Analyze logs and solve the problem, if possible with your own efforts.
