OneBox mail is not working due to spam

We have configured mail from our server to ONEBox https://techprilad.1b.app/desktop/

But OneBOX mail stopped working due to the following error

:"IMAP: Must use comma to separate addresses:dexter75@aestoplastic.cc "

The mail appearing is spam. Our server support notes that only the OneBOX mail client stops working.. Other clients like Outlook , The Bat, RainLoop ignore the error and continue to work.

How to eliminate such a problem?

Mail IMAP The OneBox client has a problem processing incoming emails with this sender name format.
When such letters are received, the system loops. ONEBOX mail is not working.
Other clients in use (for example Outlook, The Bat, RainLoop) ignore such emails and work without problems.
Please explain why we have to pay for the elimination of incorrect operation of ONEBOX mail?
