Congratulations.
Despite the fact that the Rosette Delivery module is paid (15 USD per month), its functionality is quite primitive when compared to CRM Salesdrive, KeyCrm, etc. For example, it is simply impossible to create a TTN if the order is not from Rosette. Although many people use the Rosette Delivery module on third-party sites, etc.
Are there any plans to improve this module in the near future?

Answers:

at the time of creating the integration we only had this documentation, if delivery from some point allowed to make parcels not only for orders of the outlet. I will check with support, if the functionality has been expanded then we will finalize this possibility for us too.

I received a response from the developers of Rozetka. Indeed, the ability to send orders to Rozetka appeared about a year and a half ago (the module was created 2 years ago, so there was no such option then). I will improve this option in our module within a few months.

Ideally, it would be to have this:
- Tracking the status of the parcel in the order interface (like in the new mail)
- Substitution of dimensions and weight of the product from the product card
- automatic linking of senders to legal entities
- If you created a TTN in the Rozetka account, you can pull up this TTN in CRM using the button
- Accounting for shipping costs

There are Legal Entities in OneBox. If there are several of them, then by analogy with Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta, it would be possible to compare the senders of Rozetka Delivery and Legal Entities in OneBox. Is it possible to specify if the order is from a Promi-based site and delivery is required to Rozetka stores, then this is a situation "if the order is not from Rozetka"?
Is there tracking of TTN statuses and other delivery parameters in this case?

As for me, it seems that there is no API for Prom yet to create TTN Rosetteka Delivery via CPM.
But these TTNs, which are created through PROM and inserted into CRM, are tracked in other CRMs (Salesdrive 100%)
