Hello.
Question about KPI indicators. Incorrect information on the number of comments left per day is displayed in the dashboard cards for employees - it automatically puts down the same number of comments per day, in fact, comments may not be entered, or they may be entered in different quantities. (employees Golovko, Zadnipryany, Stromets)
The example in the attachment

Hello.
On the example of the user https://box.ltec.com.ua/admin/shop/users/14/kpi/ - he really has 8 comments per day on his behalf.
An example of the process https://box.ltec.com.ua/admin/customorder/issue/12850/edit/ - you probably have some kind of action configured that leaves the same comment in the processes every day - so they get into miscalculation.
"probably you have some kind of action set up that leaves the same comment in the processes every day - so they get into the miscalculation." Where can I see if "some action" is configured that gives such a result?

open the provided sample process and go to the interface/automation settings at this stage - there will be settings for your actions
