Since we made some changes to the calculation of salary based on KPI, new processes were created. Old ones can be deleted, and new ones can be processed. This won't happen again.

Because you deleted which were re-created. You need to delete those that were created on the 1st, now you have them in the Advance status. And those that were created new to process them. Then there will be no more duplicates.
